Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. For urgent issues outside of these hours, please email support@apigit.com and we'll respond as soon as possible.
For general inquiries, we aim to respond within 24 hours. Technical support requests are typically addressed within 24 hours for Team plan customers and within 1 hour for Enterprise customers.
Phone support is available for Enterprise customers. Team and Free plan customers can reach us via email or through our community forums.
To report a bug, please email support@apigit.com with "Bug Report" in the subject line. Include as much detail as possible, including steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots, and your account information.
