APIGit Documentation Now Lives at apigit.com/doc

The APIGit product documentation now lives on the main site at apigit.com/doc. It used to be a separate deployment that was proxied in under the same path, which meant its own header, its own footer, no search, and a design that drifted from the rest of apigit.com.

APIGit documentation inside the main site

What changed

  • One site, one navigation. The docs sit inside the regular APIGit header and footer, so you can move between product pages, the blog and the docs without losing your place.
  • Search. Press Ctrl + K, or use the search box in the header, to search every documentation page. The index is rebuilt with each release, so new pages are searchable the moment they ship.
  • Same look in light and dark mode. The docs use the site's own colors and typography, including dark mode, instead of a separate theme.
  • Better page titles and descriptions. Every page has a proper title, description and canonical URL, which makes doc pages easier to find from a search engine and nicer to share.
  • Old links keep working. Pages that were renamed in the restructure redirect to their new home.

Where to start

  • New to APIGit? Begin with Getting Started, which walks through signing up, creating your first API repository and publishing documentation.
  • Looking for a specific feature? The sidebar groups the docs by product area: Native Git, API Design, API Document, API Governance, Mock Server, API Testing, billing and administration.

Found a gap?

Every documentation page has a "Give us feedback" link that opens an issue on the APIGit support repository. Tell us what was unclear or missing and we will fix it.
